Page title/heading

Checklist for new pages:

Right-click the DWT and say "New from Dyanmic..."
Right-click in the page, Page Properties, give a page title. This will be used for the file name (with underscores), the page banner, the nav tree, and the site-wide TOC.
Save the page, then put it in the web site navigation tree
Use the boilerplate below for the "links to child pages" section of the page. Pity you can't display children and their children (just one level deep), which is what I really want.
